Use this form to report content on AsideMe that violates our Terms of Service — harassment, illegal content, recording someone without their consent, impersonation, or anything else clearly inappropriate.
This form is for non-copyright complaints. For copyright takedowns, please use the formal DMCA process — it has specific legal requirements we have to follow.
If you have an AsideMe account, you can also use the Report button next to any document or transcript entry inside the app — those reports come straight to the same queue with your identity attached.
What we do with reports
Every report goes to a queue our team reviews within 24 hours. We may:
- Remove the reported content if it violates our Terms.
- Suspend or terminate the account that posted it for serious or repeat violations.
- Forward the report to law enforcement when required by law (e.g. CSAM via the NCMEC CyberTipline).
- Reply to you at the email you provided, usually within 2 business days.
Knowingly false reports waste our time and may result in your own account being suspended. Reports made in good faith — even if we don't act on them — are always welcome.
